This shop staff is so lovely, very patient to listen what I want. This is my first to order a flower to our elder and I have no idea to describe my needs, and she is so patient to listen and double check with me.

My mum and dad live in Sydney and they ordered flowers to my work for my birthday. It was a lovely surprise and I just love the flowers and chocolates. Mum told me she received great service over the phone.

Preparing for my late father’s celebration of life was always going to be a hard task. There are so many arrangements to make, decisions to ponder, people to speak with, boxes to tick… So many moving parts, but we wanted to give him the send off he deserved. Dad was larger than life and known for his signature Hawaiian shirts. We invited his attending friends and family to wear Hawaiian shirts to his service - the louder the better! So when it came time to arrange some flowers for his casket, we knew a traditional arrangement wasn’t going to cut it - it had to be big, bold and as colourful as he was in his Hawaiian shirt. I popped in to see Emilie one day on my way to work to order the flowers. Emilie listened carefully as I described a little about who my Dad was in life and how we wanted the flowers to reflect him, then left the finer creative details in her very capable hands. Fast forward to the day of the service, tension levels were high. Bringing all those moving parts together in perfect unison and trusting that all the parts you outsourced would deliver as promised - you can imagine where the cortisol levels were sitting. Receiving a photo to confirm the safe and timely delivery of Dad’s flowers to the chapel was a welcome relief and went a long way to calming my nerves. I could see immediately from the photo that the flower arrangements were incredible. When I saw them up close, I was awestruck. What Emilie and her team created for Dad, far exceeded my expectations. Mum was so touched at the fact there are people out there who care so much about delivering such quality and beauty, especially at a time when families could use uplifting the most. The colours, flower choices and creative concepts were just perfect - If my Dad could’ve been there to see them himself, he would have given a big thumbs up. Emilie did a phenomenal job on the arrangement and from the first email all the way through to coming to site to set up the arrangements on the day, it took a lot of stress out of the process. Flowers on Oxford never disappoint! Emily is wonderful as is all of the staff - they always look after clients - from beautiful arrangements delivered on time that last forever, to offering up a free bunch, because the bunch I bought (not an arrangement - just a standard bunch) didn't do well, I took photos and showed Emily how the buds didn't open and boom - a fresh bunch to make it up to me. Amazing service and business, This photo is a bunch for a birthday - the recipient was amazed at how long they lasted.

I received this beautiful bouquet of flowers from some wonderful friends to cheer me up. What a beautiful beautiful bouquet, fabulous flowers and wonderfully floral scent. These flowers have lasted just on 12 days. The best bouquet I have ever received. If you want to spoil someone special Flowers on Oxford are the ones, you won't find anyone better than Emily.
